I have never written a bad review for any restaurants/cafes before but today I have really just had enough of Alice's non-professionalism and rudeness. You would have thought that she would start to treat customers better, especially those that have supported the business for a long time. But today as I was getting a chicken roll, she told me that the amount did not meet the minimum for the eftpos. So I happily obliged by offering to get some spring rolls as well in order to make up for the amount. I told her that I wanted the veggie spring rolls, and not the meat ones as I can't eat certain meats. She then had the audacity to say "I don't think you get to choose!". As she came back with my spring rolls, I wanted to make sure she gave me the veggie ones after that statement which she made, so I double checked that with her. Not only did she answer me in the rudest way possible, but she even chuckled saying she always has to repeat her answers to me. Mind you, I do not remember ever having to ask her the same question twice because of how temperamental she often is. This sort of service and attitude shown by Alice is absolutely appalling and disgusting!
I wanted to tell her off once she was done serving everyone, but she later went into the kitchen and it was just her mum, Cam at the serving area. I did not end up making a complain to Cam regarding Alice's behaviour as I didn't think that would have made much of a difference anyway as Alice has often been rude to her, even in front of customers.
I have been coming here for months as they have relatively decent (but slightly overpriced) food, and Cam has always been lovely. But after today, I will definitely not be going back there again! See less
