My friend and I can to Sake to celebrate his birthday and ordered 2 omakase courses. The scallop entree dish was good. The sashimi was average. However, all the other dishes we were highly disappointed by. The Nigiri sushi fish was not fresh and the rice balls broke apart immediately on touch. The Wagyu "steak" was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The house salad literally was a joke. The temperature lobster, I don't even know where to begin.

Absolutely delightful visit every time I go there. The atmosphere and the vibe in this restaurant is so soothing and relaxing. Really appreciate the chefs’ phenomenal work and the service crew as well! The service crew is very attentive and the waitress we were served was so lovely and professional. We are sort of often diners in this restaurant. Would recommend for anyone who has passion and loves contemporary Japanese cuisine.Sashimi was so fresh and everything was to the perfection. Thank you sake Brisbane team for your wonderful service and food!
