Walking into the restaurant I was impressed by the atmosphere and decor and was looking forward to a good meal. However from the moment the bar staff took my drink order, things started to go down hill. It took 15mins for my partner to receive her overpriced mocktail. We partook in a banquet with friends. Each course barely stretched enough for each person to a decent portion (some people missed out on arranchini balls even though there should have been one per person). Spilt oils, broken plates and general disorganisation indicted a lack of experienced wait staff. The food was quite delicious once you overlooked the above issues. See less

Recommend wearing a warm coat or jacket if dining at night in winter, otherwise staff are awesome and super friendly and nice. Food was great and very yummy. I can't get over how good the service was. Very refreshing. Please keep up the awesome work. See less

Have been here a few years ago and it was good. Unfortunately had an average experience tonight. For example, Pizzas did not have any cheese and all the toppings basically fell off the pizza. No one offered Parmesan cheese with our pasta. It took a long time for someone to take our drinks order. After that, food was quite quick. Probably won’t be back. See less

Food was quite ok, the chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. The garlic sauce served with the schnitzel was horrible though. They ran out of tonic on the soda fountain, but didn't even think about offering bottled tonic water.... Not recommended See less

I had a great experience here. I ordered the mushroom risotto. The flavour was incredible. Sadly the rice wasn't cooked the whole way through, but the waiter brought me my second choice within a few minutes, as well as a round of drinks on the house as an apology. I'm sad that the risotto wasn't right because it tasted so good, but the service and recovery from their mistake was so wonderful that I'm keen to go back and try the risotto next time I'm in town. Everything else my family had tasted delicious. Super impressed with this place. See less

The food was wonderful. Truly Italian cooking. The reasons I didn't give 5 stars are 1: I had an Amaretto Sour cocktail. Two sips and it was gone. A lot of money for a glass of ice. 2: I had garlic prawns and spaghetti Al mare. It would be nice to have had a bowl for the shells. See less
