Was expecting real proper Mexican food. Mostly slop on a plate. I get they were busy but the server's really need to brush up on their customer service skills. We were patient and understanding that they were busy and kept forgetting our orders totally missed the kids meal ordered. It felt like they were.Very angry and annoyed that we were there. See less

First time trying Salsa. Went here on half-price Tuesday and received only half the customer service thanks to their rude staff. Firstly, we asked to have an ingredient taken out, but they still ended up adding it to the food. Secondly, the older female waiter rushed us to order dessert, as she placed down the menu and came back after 30 seconds and seemed irritated when we weren’t ready to order. She added that you had to be in and out because that’s how half price works. And lastly, the young male waiter walked off on me mid-conversation when we were trying to explain that the dessert we received did not match the description on their menu, he also was not apologetic at all when we told him the second time. 2 star rating as the food was tasty, but the service definitely needs improvement. Food was incredible, very tasty and authentic. Only giving a 4/5 since the customer service needs work and also there was a short black hair in my food which the staff were very apologetic for and replaced my taco. Overall would come back as the food was 10/10! See less

Management is rude to customers, or is selectively racist as I had mentioned that what I was given was incorrect to what I have ordered, employee has rolled their eyes at me giving me attitude, and when correct food was given, the food tasted cheap and as if it came from a coles/woolworths diy kit. Improvement is needed starting from the customer service of their staff/management. See less

What a wonderful meal! Ordered Nachos, combo dips, chicken Fajitas, Beef Fajitas a Burrito Grande and chicken Enchiladas. Absolutely delicious and enough food for (probably) eight hungry adults. Really generous serves and terrific value. Food was proper homemade Mexican- not franchise style. What an absolute gem - can’t wait to return again. Very highly recommended. See less

Don’t let appearances fool you - it might look like a little average Restaurant, but the Food at Salsas is great. It is real Mexican Food that you will indulge in and take your taste buds on a journey of flavours from Mexico. This family run place, is cosy and perfect for families, groups or a casual date night, where the Service is friendly and the ambience very accommodating. The burrito is served with rice and beans. Which sounds interesting but with a takeaway burrito everything becomes soggy and mushy. You probably have to eat the burrito with knife and fork. The pricing is a bit steep and flavours were bit bland for us. Haven’t tried their other dishes but going by the reviews they have more to offer. See less
