Ordered churros for one to have it there and the order took so long that I went to check and it was just waiting at the counter cold - it's understandable on a busy night delays can happen. I told them it's cold churros and they offer to prep a fresh one which never came. Followed up and thought I'll stand at the counter instead of waiting at the table (hoping that might work). While im waiting, they were serving new orders and even after checking again, I still had to wait while new orders were being served. Dont know whats the whole point of having order tracking techs if cant manage orders. Had my coffee, cancelled my churros (that was quick), not worth the drama and just wasted time waiting. See less

Great coffee, and lovely macaroon. Served with a smile and cheery efficiency. Not such a comfy outdoor experience but the coffee made up for it all. Big cups, reasonable price and mmmmacaroon. See less

Love the sweetest of the chocolate, me and my family we older our churros 2/3 time week very delicious alway churros with fruit and extra milk chocolate dips only 2 main person is my top favourite guy with tattoos and the woman they are the best . Sorry can’t get they name . See less

Took my son here for a hot chocolate date and I was very disappointed. The staff were unenthusiastic about being there and the drinks were lukewarm at best. I would like to go back there, but my disappointment at my first experience there means I probably won't. See less

I went on the 2/11 and the customer service experience was terrible, the person serving the counter at 7:20-7:30pm was very rude, didn’t catch her name but should give her more customer service training because she was extremely unfriendly. When we went to order, she wasn’t listening and decided to get angry at us so please train your staff properly. See less

I took advantage of the free delivery and I was pleased, it arrived fresh and hot and the portion size was just like in the shop. The death by chocolate cake was very fresh and not dry I was taking a chance by ordering but glad I did, once during a dine in it was horrid so glad that was fresh. Churro for kids my kids enjoyed it and kept them quiet for a bit. No faults all positive. Thank you for service also there was a lovely Thank you message on the paper bag. In times during lockdown it's nice to see an uplifting message. See less

One of the only places in Canberra for Churro lovers. Convenient location next to Woden Mall with adequate parking. Great options of chocolate drinks to go with your Churros. For the health conscious try the steaming naughty and nice chocolate drink before you head back to mall for another shopping spree. If you are in a hurry not the best place to order your food as the wait times are a bit longish and certainly dont get too excited about all flavours some can be a bit much. Over all great smiling staff and good ambience...good for one more try. See less
