Waited almost 20 minutes for some loaded fries because they forgot my order. This vendor was operating at a food truck night market and I ordered a loaded fries with chicken. I paid and was given a ticket number 19. There were two staff in the truck when I ordered, one cashier and a girl who was supposed to be serving up the orders (but she seemed to really enjoy staring blankly out the window). I waited in front of the food truck while they called out other ticket numbers as the orders became ready. 17, 18...20.... I showed the server my ticket and confirmed what I ordered, after which she muttered something and shook her head. She then prepared another order (that included loaded fries) and called out number 21. So someone who was two places behind me was given a dish that I had ordered before him. Eventually received my loaded fries after almost 20 minutes. The food was good but the service was poor. See less
