Saul’s Sandwiches 🥪 - Chicken Parm $16 Saul's Napoli, Mortadella, Basil Pesto, Pecorino, Fior Di Latte - Vanilla Puffs $6 ⭐️ Custard filled choux pastry Saw the $12 sandwich on insta so I went straight to Saul’s for lunch! I felt like their portion size has grown since my last visit. They were using the round bread instead of the long baguette. The chicken parm was flavourful, absolutely loving the pecorino and mortadella! One thing I have to fault was the soggy crust of the chicken. That vanilla puff was expensive but super worthy. We tried the hoagie, the smoked pastrami, chicken tenders, fries, custard puffs and the Viet iced coffee. The hoagie was quite nice. The smoked pastrami was average if I'm being honest: it was way too salty. The fries were absolutely delicious (the seasoning was so good) and the crumb on the chicken tenders was phenomenal as was "Saul's Sauce". The puffs were good. I was surprised to see Viet iced coffee the menu and it did not disappoint. See less

Got some takeaway from here on a Thursday afternoon for lunch, the smoked pastrami was delicious, the meat was juicy, the horseradish mayo and coleslaw worked perfectly to combat the salt in the pastrami, and the bun had a good texture to it, held together well while I was eating it. Would definitely come back to try the other options. See less

Popped in today to see what the fuss was about? Walked in - not one staff member smiled, no one looked up or “will be with you in a sec” they talked amongst themselves. My 4yr old son coughed and was glared at by a staff member.. like she assumed he had covid! Saul's Sandwiches is definitely no disappointment! The Food is absolutely outstanding 👏🏼 the Roast Beef Sandwich is absolutely five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am sure that some of the other items I have seen them serve on Social Media are also just as good if not maybe better, but unfortunately the menu is rather random in the sense that items on the menu constantly change, when I asked if they knew when Saul's would be serving their KFC Sandwich? They replied, "I have no idea...?" Saul's Sandwiches only make a set amount of food and it can sell out pretty quickly at times, so if you don't get in early enough, you will probably miss out, depending on what you want to order. I Highly Recommend Saul's Sandwiches! They may take a little getting used to when it comes to getting what you want, but they definitely serve premium quality Food! Saul's sandwiches always deliver quality sandwiches every time my partner and I visit. Our favorites are the Eggplant Cutlet and the Philly Cheese - we always add Calabrian chilli! The chicken tendies and potato gems are also fkn delicious. My partner and I visit Saul's every other weekend and when we've had a long week, where we're always greeted with a smile and great service. If there are any issues the staff always communicate and apologize (which in my experience is seldom). For any of the other reviewers who are trying to discredit this team/location, should try making better sandwiches themselves ;) Love your work guys, gals and non-binary pals! See less

I ordered 2 bacon and egg rolls in store and gave them my name. Waited outside for 20mins and then asked where my order was after seeing customers getting their food before me. I was told they had forgotten my order.... Maybe if the employees stopped chatting to each other especially while a customer orders then this wouldn't happen. I was a huge fan of this place, unfortunately won't be back again See less

Huge sandwiches well worth the price. If you don’t plan ahead you will be stuck waiting in line, but using the skip app… well skips this cue. The chicken parm is my partner’s favourite, and the custard puffs are a surprising must try. See less

Second time to visit this place, ordered a different sandwich, pastrami. Very nice this time around. Less people than before due to the restrictions of course. Service wise, not too bad but not too great either. Maybe when lockdown is over I can suss out the whole vibe of the place. See less

Tuna melt: nice needed more pickle and was a bit burnt Chicken Parm : soggy and kept sliding out of the roll also a bit bland Chicken tenders were the best, crispy and not to greasy. Overall expensive and the bread wasn't great quality, might go back for the tuna melt but otherwise plenty more fish in the sandwich pond See less

The newly converted Time and Place, to Saul's Sandwich bar offers a selection of Deli style sandwiches. Although the sandwiches are too pricey in my opinion, they are delicious and filling, keeping in mind I believe the ingredients are pre-made. I would consider visiting again if priced more reasonable. Service was nothing spectacular and could use some warmth. See less
