Nice food and fairly priced. Seating is a bit hit and miss due to covid and we got asked to move from our table to make room for a bigger family. Interesting how you only get to choose a seat after you've ordered and paid for your meal. Given how busy this venue is it is fraught with risk if you've ordered and paid but then there's no where to sit. They ended up putting us in the walkway where if l knew this was going to be my seat l would've gone elsewhere as l suffer PTSD and specifically chose our seat as l don't like my back exposed to the public. Again they make sure they get your money first so you're locked in. Maybe better to visit this venue after the covid restrictions. See less

If I could give the service at Geelong Schnitz a zero I would. The staff are rude, and have no concept of customer service. I love Schnitz food but will not be returning to the Geelong store. See less

Poorly advertised and misleading promo regarding redemption of plain and simple burger. Poster indicated a free burger with orders above $3 but failed to mention a promo code was required. After order passed through staff informed that burger could not be given because it has already been paid for. Prior to making the purchase we asked staff about the deal and one after another had to ask another peer or senior member indicating a lack of understanding of the promo itself. The only answer we got was you just need to spend minimum $3. Schnitz really need to make these poster ads clearer for the public AND importantly for their staff. I ordered my son an hawaiian parmigiana from poster on wall and it came with bbq sauce which we were not expecting. My special needs son can't eat bbq sauce so when I rang to complain the lady on other end was extremely rude. Being told we won't do anything and should learn he read the menu. Will not go there again See less

Went to Westfield Geelong for Dinner with my wife. She works in Westfield Geelong. Service was very slow. Over 40 minutes to get our order. Store wasn’t very busy. We won’t be going back. Very disappointed with the service 😡 See less

Not impressed. Tried loaded snitzel (current special) Thinnest snitzel I've ever seen..missing crumbs on top and burnt bits underneath, bit too dry to eat. Meal was lukewarm therefore making gravy a bit congealed. Extremely soggy chips. Have a feeling it might have sat there awhile before it got to me. Do they premake and wait till ordered?? As I was with someone else, I didn't make a complaint but won't be going back in a hurry to the Westfield store. See less

Schnitz was a good find, as a tourist from Sydney; it’s a healthier fast-food alternative with reasonable prices. This one in particular has nothing special. It’s clean, staff are quick to serve and there are seats for Schnitz customers so you don’t have to scramble for a seat in the food court. Would recommend. See less

Service is fast if you're an UBER eats driver or ordering take-away. You are neglected if you're dining in. I went for dinner with a friend, whilst she was on her work break. After waiting over 20 minutes, I went to check on the order and was assured it was the next to be prepared. Once I asked for the order, it took barely 5 minutes to come out. There was a lady with her two children in the booth across from us, who were already seated when we arrived and she had also not received her order. Upon seeing our order arrive, she too questioned where her meals were. When their order was brought out, the chips for the meals were missing off the plates and they had to bring them out for her. I get it's Christmas season, but the turn around for take-away orders was quick, and dine in customers were neglected. This store needs to find a happy balance with having everyone receive their meals promptly. See less
