customer service is horrible. the girl taking the order kept repeating her question to me even though I had already answered, they didnt give me a receipt, and I never got the iced coffee I ordered and PAID for (couldnt go back when I realised as had no time). didnt receive one smile while I was there and was made to get my own chopsticks for some reason very rudely. I tried to order on their app to avoid this and it just deleted my order saying there is an issue with the merchant (seemed like they rejected it?). I’m never eating here again. See less

Good service, they don't charge extra for soy (as of time of review) and they've got a good loyalty program in place (FYI not usable at other Sharetea locations & vice versa). My wife & I are regular customers. See less
