Ordered twice tonight, first order asked for no meat with my carbonara and it came with meat. As I had previously ordered this before with no dramas before I let it slide and gave it to a family member. Rang up this time to order specifically one carbonara with NO meat again and paid for it. Received the order and it had again come with meat. Rang up to politely tell them of their mistake twice tonight as i was hung up on the first call. Rang back and I could hear the worker and manager arguing in the background about my order. The worker was trying to get some compensation and the manager seemed to not care at all by the tone of talking to the worker - very unprofessional and rude considering it was a mistake twice on your shops behalf No sympathy from the manager & rather than offering to make another carbonara correctly for the third time and swap it they offered store credit for a carbonara of $17 because they seemed to want to get me off of the phone even though i was being polite. I will say though the worker was quite apologetic. Quite shocked with the turn of events and highly disappointed. See less

Just called your restaurant... and the business is CLOSED ? It says on GOOGLE that you are OPEN .... what the HECK is Going on I have ordered from your restaurant before and I have always been quite happy but the fact that I've had to contact another restaurant in the franchise name but can't tell me otherwise so I will be contacting head office and complaining about the fact that you are not open and you were meant to be an you are advertised as such as to say you are open... First time ordered tonight. Wife's 40th today in Locldown.. food was sensational... I can't thank these guys enough. Chicken was awesome. Sauce is amazing..... highly recommend... will order again and again... thanks guys. So nice to have a local option that offered a grade protien. Cooked to perfection !!! See less
