Took a while to get to our table as the place is understaffed. Our waiter is friendly but he is either too busy with our customers or he is not really trained in hospitality. Had to remind him to bring the wine after he serves us the food. This is my second time back and I took my family as I had a good time there. The cucumber salad was refreshing and the mushrooms were tasty. Sadly these are only few good things to say about the food there. Our steak came almost well done instead of medium rare , the chicken is as dry as cupboard ( Nando chicken might taste better), the squid is tasteless and Corn Empanadas tasted like cheap corn. After the meal, we decided to tell the waiter about our meal so the kitchen will get some feedback to improve. The waiter's reply was disappointing. Pretty much saying that as they are cooking with wood fire, sometimes it is hard to control the temperature and ensure consistency. They pride themselves cooking with wood fire??? While waiting to pay our meal ( I did not ask for any discount), I notice the rest of the tables also have overcooked meat as well. This is probably the last time I will be there. See less

What an amazing experience. If you enjoy meat, highly recommended. We did the share platter and it was huge! Service was absolutely brilliant we good advice and knowledge and pride for the great meal. We originally tried to book the "chain" restaurant but it was full. My advice, forget the chain restaurant and come here. Soooo good. :) See less

Entrees was not good (specially empanadas), steak was amazing but the service was bad. We felt bad that there is only 1 waiter on the floor looking after all the tables probably until 6:30pm. We have to wait for long to get our order taken, refilled water, table cleared. We wanted to have desserts but our main plates has been on our table for maybe 1 hour and no one clearing it. I understand with this covid but then should have manage the booking as per how you can serve them.. We were so excited to come here but felt very much neglected and not taken care of for $600 spending. See less

Friendly waiters that never let your drinks go dry, nicely cooked steak & ok sized portions. Being south American and from the Argentine & Uruguayan region the chimichirri tasted less like chimichurri & more like a Dijon mustard for some reason or another, maybe it was the batch. But ideally that was the only thing I wasn't satisfied by. The cocktails my partner and I had were nice & refreshing! I'd suggest this place to go to and try out. See less

Located in the heart of Rundle Street this is a very nice steak house. Good atmosphere and very nice and modern decor. Tables well served and bathrooms were clean. I had a Tbone and it was very good and juicy not too much fat. The dishes comes with potatoes but we order salad and greens on side and it was perfect for 4 people. The appetizers were large so I recommend 1 order per couple. Chimichuri sauce is not the green original that we know from south America but is very good too! Vast wine list with good Argentinian wines too. Service was fast and friendly. Just wish they had some parking deals....but overall a great place. See less

Lovely ambience. Everything neatly placed and managed. The food was good and came in time. The staff were not so good. It felt as if they were forcing us to order more. It was really awkward and inconvenient. The drink serving lady was cold as well. Would be my first and last experience there. See less

Really lovely ambiance. Tables well set. Wait staff really attentive. Nothing too much trouble. We didn't wait long for drink service. The waiter remembered what we ordered. Food served quickly. All meals deliciously hot and the serves are large. Salads were tasty and crisp. 1 meal was forgotten, but was rectified quickly. Ample leg room under the table, the chairs are easy to sit on. Venue is excellent. Been there a few times now and the steaks are always 👌 the chimichurri sauce is amazing, used to come in a bottle to the table but I assume covid ruined that for everyone. Was still nice but could have used way more for my steak. Took corkage @ $25per bottle and the tapas starters came out on a nice big platter to share which was nice. A very busy cheerful restaurant. Staff very competent in dealing with a "packed to the rafters" vibe, literally, with upstairs dining as well as ground level. The food was delicious, delivered in a timely manner, was hot and hearty. Staff very attentive. Wine list reasonable and had international alternatives to chose from. It is is a place for really good steaks and surprisingly, the vegetables were excellent. Its easy walking from Majestic Room Gardens Hotel and other East End attractions. The East End is also worth checking out, full of Vibrant places to eat and drink. Spoiled for choice. See less

Wow, what a night we had recently at sostas. Probably the best seafood I’ve had in Adelaide in a long time. Cooked to perfection, paella was amazing, the seafood platters were sensational. Not one thing on them that wasn’t cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The meat platters and beef ribs were incredible, the chimichurri sauce is like liquid gold on your lips. Great wine selection at a reasonable price and the staff were awesome. Attentive, knowledgeable and also enjoyed a good laugh. A great night was had by all and I can’t wait to go back for another feast! See less
