Honestly I'm disappointed. The Belconnen soul origin has gone down Hill the last few months. I ordered one small gourmet salad for catering purposes and it was 90% lettuce. I understand cost cutting but that much lettuce for $30 was just ridiculous. See less

The loyalty card is a gimmick. The guys ere didn't scan my card because apparently I need to scan it before payment is made. The coffee stickers were better. Another scam to save on free coffees. Typical of a big business. Stop the rort and bring back the coffee stickers. FYi your cashier saw the loyalty card in my hand. Before taking payment. See less

I get that you can run out of things like cold brew. All I ask is that you let me know when I order so I can order something else, don't take my money and then make me an iced long black instead without even letting me know or asking me if that's okay Also about 2 weeks ago, I ordered cold brew, which apparently ran out after only filling my cup halfway, then I get asked if I wanted water or milk to fill the rest of the cup - no, I didn't pay $6.50 so I could have watered down coffee See less

The quality of Soul Origin in Belconnen used to be great with a selection of great salads. I particularly liked the beef salad. However, the quality seems to have gone down recently. The grains in the salad I ordered were under cooked and a bit too much vinegar was used, resulting in me not being able to finish my meal. I don't know whether the cooks have changed or whether it is just because they were particularly busy over this period of time. See less
