I went to soul origin today and bought a falafel wrap. First of all it was $10, so expensive. The wrap I got was disgusting. It had dry falafel with no sauce, one piece of cucumber and two tiny little pieces of onion. Small amount of lettuce and tomato and was overall average. I usually love my Soul Origin salads but today's was very ordinary - most of the lettuce I was served in my Chicken & Avocado salad was inedible - mouldy leaves and dead, dying, liquefied leaves. Please maintain quality, Soul Origin. See less

The chicken and chorizo salad is an excellent choice if you're trying to maintain a calorie deficit. Just make sure you get a dressing with it! I personally recommend the balsamic vinegar. My only criticism is that the staff seemed to be having a go at each other while on the job once when I went there. And not in a joking/friendly way. See less

I get coffee/breakfast here weekly because they open earlier than other shops & the service's quick, overall experience 3/5. The food is fresh, coffee's average. There's a male assistant who is very cheerful but always took my order wrong: ordered breakfast set, got the items in separate orders; ordered a mocha, while I was still tapping my card he pushed a cup of coffee to me & told me it's my coffee which wasn't. Disgraceful service, ordered several times, wrong food sent, ceaser salad only had chicken and lettuce nothing else. Charged for food, even received a confirmation phone call then received a text the weren't delivering my order. See less

Had a great coffee (large flat white) and ham, poached egg and spinach roll from Soul Origin this morning. Poached egg was perfect (runny but not undercooked) and bearnaise sauce was nice. All for under $10!! See less

Ordered a Cold brew (black) and received an Iced Long Black coffee instead. When I asked if I received the correct order the shift/store manager told me both menu items were the same and laughed when I mentioned that the drinks were different. This means I spent $6.5 on a $3.80 menu item. I would not recommend this Soul Origin. See less
