Do not go here if you're looking for quality food. My partner and I went here yesterday and ordered the chicken schnitzel pasta salad and the chicken caesar salad. We received not one piece of chicken in the pasta and practically all lettuce for the caesar salad, mind you, we paid $11 each. Then we were told at the end that there was no dressing. We would not have ordered if we had known this to start. Then when picking a drink, only sugar free drinks were available so we had to go elsewhere prior to eating to grab a drink. Service was well below par too. See less

Not Good at all. Twice I have been here to get their take away salads (not even sure why I went back a second time ) Falafel Salad, good luck if you get any falafel in your salad - Should have been called chick pea salad. Chicken Schnitzel pasta salad - Should have been called "good luck finding any chicken in that salad" No third time for me ... Waste of money and not to mention... everything is so tasteless.. Never had such dry falafels See less

I highly recommend skipping this place if you are looking for taste, flavour and value for money. I had the chicken schnitzel baguette as it looked great displayed in the cabinet. I got the baguette toasted, not realising that means they will literally toast the lettuce on the roll as well, reducing its flavour and wilting the leaves. Once opening the food to eat, I was disappointed to find the baguette was all lettuce, a small amount of tomato and the tiniest thin strip of chicken schnitzel. Obviously everything is pushed forwards on the roll in the cabinet to make it look like it’s bursting full of ingredients. If you want a roll, head to subway! See less

Hi. FYI Been awhile since i last enjoyed soul origin. Unfortunately today the size per serving reduced. Normally im full with a reg size. TM forgot twice the asked dressing, second dressing incorrect. No gloves used when pushing product in the container with bare fingers. Thanks See less

The most mouth-watering, delicious salads I have ever tried, served up by friendly staff. While other people complain about $9.5 being expensive for a 'small' serve, you can still pick two salad options and it is more than enough food to fill you up for a meal. See less

Once you get past all the spinach and lettuce the actual food is nice but apart from that your paying $10+ for a small amount of protein, you will get more value for money in a Woolies pre made salad for $4. Don't expect the store too last very long in Elizabeth. See less

There used to be this tall LA guy who always worked there I don't see him anymore but 5 star for the customer service as he made coffee and distributed the rolls at the same time best multitasking skill appreciate the fast service but the girl who came I don't khow whats her problem she just uses her phone all the time and is so annoying when I come in early See less

waited ages as the only barista on was in the toilet. came strolling back with her phone in hand and no urgency what so ever. made the coffees like she had all the time in the world. bit annoying. other staff should know how to make coffees aswell. See less

I went there yesterday and purchased a chorizo type grilled panini and a salad. The panini was delicious. The reason for my two stars isn’t the food but rather the wastage. Yesterday as I was deciding which salad, all the salads were in plastic containers ready to be chosen, the Indian lady who works there accidentally knocked a parsley salad into the chicken and pasta salad in front of it. There wasn’t much parsley in the salad, she could have picked the parsley out it or offered it to me (as I’d just purchased two things), or taken it home herself or at the very least put the container in the recycling. I was disappointed that she just grabbed the perfectly good salad and chucked it straight in the landfill bin along with the container. I told her I was horrified that she discarded the produce and the container so wastefully, in response she smirked and shrugged it off. This disappointed me further, working somewhere named ‘Soul Origin’, I would hope the business is a bit more eco-friendly and resourceful. I won’t be spending my money there again. See less

Coffee not bad. Stale breakfast roll. me and my partner almost choked on it and needed to drink water to be able to swallow. Ended up discarding the roll in the bin. If i wasnt in a hurry i would have gone back for a refund but i was already in my car. See less
