Pesto penne pasta was said to have chicken in it (I asked the clerk specifically and they confirmed chicken) only to sit down and eat and find not a shred of chicken! Only zucchini, tomato, eggplant (?) capsicum and basil. Extremely disappointing. I would like to say lovely staff, and the bread items to be very delicious - but the pasta (i've also purchased the cream penne and it was just alright, again the chicken was the highlight which is why i asked about chicken protein for this pesto one!) leaves much to be desired both times I've purchased it. Stick to the breads or choose somewhere else! edit: Sent an email as directed and its been several days with no reply. Strange that a reply to a mediocre review is done within hours - yet the follow up emails are not given the same treatment. Seems like the owner may be just doing a lip service on the likely chance that unsatisfactory customers won't want to communicate further... And if the customer does, they just ignore it... Wouldn't support again. See less

They need better management, people skills and customer service! I've had nothing but BAD EXPERIENCE there and will NOT be RETURNING there again! Something as simple as little bit more sauce please or little bit more chicken please is impossible or a huge ask for them. Especially crumbed chicken pasta, when they fill your plate its nothing but pasta, there is no chicken in sight, and when u ask them to be fair they argue with you and pull faces Definitely! Definitely not a way to treat a long term customer. If i could give you 0 stars i would. So dissapointed in the way staff speak to their customers. A little over priced aswell. See less

Politely requested soy milk but they gave me full cream which gave me diarrhea for the afternoon. Listening to orders is key so please don't assume orders. Just ask if unsure. See less
