The pizzas we had recently are nothing like they were over the past few years. Now they have little to no topping, strange taste, overly greasy from too much cheese, and cooked to a crisp. Sad to see the quality decline so much, wouldn’t return again unfortunately. See less

Lovely small business with great tasting food. Best mozzarella sticks in the inner western suburbs. Pizza that has that home cooked taste and feel. One of my favourite local takeaway food stores. See less

I’m really not sure what has happened with Star Pizzeria. We have enjoyed the pizzas here regularly for the past few years but last night the look, texture, taste and also size of the pizza has changed drastically literally overnight as our pizza a couple of weeks ago was as per normal. Tonight, they looked like they were from a completely different pizza shop. They were slightly smaller, very dry, limited toppings than usual and did not taste as they usually do. I’m not sure if ownership has changed but still trading under the same name? I doubt we will be going back unfortunately. See less

Ordered a lamb yiros today and the lamb was just dry and all the burnt taste wasn't helping. Even though the staff was nice I wouldn't go back again. See less

Delicious pizza! They have a wonderful pizza base which is just yeilding enough to lightly cradle the beautiful toppings but still leaves the base super crispy. Really delicious! As too is their Lasagna! And great friendly customer service! Talk to them and create the pizza of your dreams. Absolutely delicious! See less

Travelled vast distances to try some of the most highly rated pizzas in the suburbs and regional areas, but STAR PIZZERIA have proven to be better everytime for quality , fantastic taste and for price, right in the centre of Adelaide. We had our first Star Pizzeria experience today and it was excellent. The whole process from the phone order, pizzas were ready in 20 mins and both the lovely lady at the counter and the friendly pizza maker made it all great. Great tasting pizzas with plenty of quality topping. I live on the eastern side of town where there are plenty of quality pizza shops, but Star Pizzeria beats the majority of them for quality, taste and affordability. The staff are friendly and upbeat which enhances the customer experience. See less

Our friends had the worst service from this place tonight: delivered the pizzas over an hour before anyone arrived for the party - so the pizza was cold. The vegan pizza had an awful aftertaste - we couldn’t eat it - and when they called to make a complaint there was no attempt to resolve the situation and the attitude from the woman on the phone was very inappropriate. So, dissatisfied customers, hungry vegans and a house full of guests who know to go elsewhere for pizza. See less

I had a small Capricciosa pizza take away. It reminded me of a traditional, greasy nicely cooked and very flavoursome pizza that you'd get in the late 90's. The toppings were fresh and generous although not so overloaded that it fell off. Full of flavour and oil but not necessarily in a bad way. The crust was soft yet slightly crispy and overall a very nice pizza. See less
