Excellent accessible local pub / restaurant. Great menu. Lamb pie on the specials menu was a popular choice in our group. Great service with very attentive staff who attended the table as required. Plenty of variety in the menu to satisfy all customers. Parking could be a challenge in the popular periods. We will be going again. See less

My partner and I have been to Stonehouse a few times now. This is our go-to spot when we’re craving some good old fashioned pub food. Quality and portion size is top notch. Always very consistent - both service and their food. Our usual order: - garlic and herb bread - sun-dried tomato pesto pasta - steak cut chips - cider/ lemon lime bitters The chips at Stonehouse is amazing, very generous on the seasoning and crispy every single time. I love their chips. Tip: dip your garlic bread into the pasta to soak up any excess pesto, so scrumptious! We usually go halves on the pasta, and its the perfect portion for us. I don’t think we’ve ever left Stonehouse with leftovers, but also never feeling overly stuffed. See less

Nice place to catch up with friends over some delicious craft beers and yummy food... The chicken burgers were good, and so was the sundried tomato pasta... The ribs could have been slightly better but that shouldn't stop you from trying this place. Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the beers they pour, and you should go by their recommendations... See less

Highly recommend the schnitzel, bangers and mash, Guinness pie, salmon (specials board), and pork cutlet (specials board). Bloody delicious. The beers are very more-ish as well! Definately coming back again to try more. See less

Went here as a walk in with my two kids for mother's day lunch. Staff are friendly. Place was clean. Food was great value for money. Coffee was a little colder than I'm used to but was still a great coffee. Will just ask for it a bit hotter next time :). Asked to have my meal reheated as it went cold while I was busy with kids and they brought it out replayed looking lovely and even added some fresh Chips to replace my cold ones. See less

Awesome place, great food.... ribs (especially the sauce) was really yummy... popcorn chick for the little one disappeared in minutes. The Red Ale (similar to Kilkenny Red/ Caffrey's) was a great pint and the service was amazing. Overall, good pub. See less

Amazing place, newly opened and I’m excited to come back. My friends who live in the newly built complex have raved about this place for the past week and we went last night (2nd December) and it was amazing! The menu had a great variety it was hard to choose, but I settled on arancini balls for my entree (4) which came coated in a delicious sauce with a lovely dip underneath each. For my main I couldn’t resist the slow cooked ribs on the menu, they were perfect with a kick of spice. Friendly staff and great service Will definitely bring the relatives and rave to more friends about this amazing new pub venue. •••••••••••••••••••• Visited again Saturday 5th of December Loved it so much couldn’t stop thinking about it was able to squeeze into tonight for a feed and it was once again fantastic having Garlic bread & Chicken Schnitzel with Veg and Salad , gravy and a side of mash. Mash was delicious and creamy Definitely looking forward to returning and eating my way through the menu over 2021 See less
