Overpriced grocer, but the pies and drinks are superb, unfortunately new owners have bought stringers and it is believed that the store will be reformed. No official confirmations yet. Would recommend the pies to anyone in the area in particular the breakfast evg pies. They are extremely nice. See less

Coffee was as good as I was told. Great choice of really yummy food. Lovely view of the bay and the pines. Clean toilets, and free, regardless of the sign... 🤣 Amazing vegan chocolate. See less

Been here a few times now for coffee and a light breakfast. Very clean and tidy plenty of space and a nice courtyard out the back. Great selection of fresh snacks & toasted sandwich and egg & bacon dishes. Also has a great selection of sweet pastry. Very friendly staff . Nice and relaxing for your morning coffee. See less

This is one of the local cafes in the area you should definitely try. I had the mini bacon and egg pie and though I am not a pie eater, oh my! The taste was heaven! Fresh, thin crust bread with a surprise of boiled egg and bits of bacon on top. And to finish off with best tasting coffee, ohh la la la I must say. They have a huge range of organic products you can try and if you choose to dine in, the views of ocean will certainly not disappoint. Kudos! and hope to come back and try more on your menu. See less

I shop here weekly for a range of specialist things that other places in Sorrento don't stock. Good range of Italian products, meats, cheeses, etc. They have pretty much everything you get in a supermarket, just a smaller, more upmarket range. Also a range of prepared take home food. Good range of alcoholic drinks also. Great that it has repositioned itself after the renovation about 18 months ago! See less

Our family love Stringers! Not only are their ready made meals delicious, their customer service is amazing. Throughout the pandemic in 2020, every fortnight they delivered ready-made meals to my elderly mum in Sorrento in lockdown. They were always prompt, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Those meals delivered honestly got my mum and our family through the COVID tough times. Thanks Tom, Denis, Theresa and the team. :) See less

Don't waste your money! Overpriced. No full menu, takeaway slices and pies only. Serving sizes tiny. Stuffed up our order and then took half an hour to make an acai bowl. See less

Lined up for 20 minutes. 2 coffees, a milkshake and a muffin came to $40 after 15% public holiday surcharge and an eftpos surcharge on top. Good coffee admittedly, but definitely not what it once was. See less

Myself and 5 friends went in to the stringers store for breakfast. 2 of them received their order within 10 min and everyone else waited 45min for theirs. The big breakfast and a drink was nearly $30 for which we received canned baked beans and poached eggs that was hard boiled. When i asked the waitress why our food was so late, she told us that we didn't take our number and that's why they didn't know where to bring the food (so how did they know where to bring the first 2 orders and coffees?) Overall very disappointing. See less

What a great experience! I chose a sausage roll with an iced latte and my son had the bacon and cheese burger with a caramel milkshake. We sat at the communal bench, which is big enough so you’re not eating with strangers. I reckon it’s the best sausage roll in Sorrento!!! Well done! 👍 We played about 20 games of naughts & crosses too! There’s an area for the little kids to play, some sneaky port holes, giving a glimpse to the downstairs cellar. A cute outdoor area and the impeccable loos need a mention too. Would definitely return. Thank you. 🙏🏻 See less

The renovation inside has improved the place in every way. The cafe area is much bigger and easier to move around in. The coffee is good and there is a good selection of ready-made food items. The grocery section is smaller but offers lots of interesting and healthy items. See less

Mixed feelings really. Burger was nice enough although I was expecting for the mayo to be a standout and it wasn't. Pasta of the day was Napoli sauce and it was yummy. The eggs florentine was disappointing - bread was normal white bread and not sourdough and the eggs were closer to ha4d boiled than poached. The staff were nice and really friendly. Had a look at the grocer and I can pretty much get the same stuff back in the city, didn't see any local produce. See less

Rating looked good so tried out the place, service was unreliable, breakfast eggs delivered cold with toast that looked like it was only waved at the toaster. My partner ordered Organic Muesli topped off with berries, all 6 blueberries....really...a huge mountain of 6 berries....impressive.....and then a 15 min wait for a coffee. 4.1 stars was not our experience.
