The worst service for a take away I have ever dealt with. Ordered twice from this place in the last week - first time forgot my order entirely, after ordering it at the counter - second time ordered over the phone and was told 30 mins - only to go down 30 minutes and them to say they hadn’t started cooking it - trust me won’t be a third time See less

Phoned in an order and was told it would be ready in 15 mins. Arrived exactly 15 mins later and food was sitting wrapped and waiting. $35 of the worst fish and chips I’ve ever bought. 3 pieces of fish which were all paper thin and STONE COLD! It was so cold, I was actually worried I might get sick because it wasn’t cooked. Potato in the potato cakes was about 1mm thick - just batter really and again stone cold. Steamed dim Sims were warm and tough. Chips were warm and average - in fact the only thing the family ate from the whole order. Only went there because Gills and Grills is not open on Monday - NEVER AGAIN! See less

Wow, should of read google reviews before buying dinner for the family. The grilled flake is paper thin, no thicker than the grilled coating it came in... Unfortunately I purchased 3 pieces so there's $20.00 wasted this weekend. Luckily the steak sandwich was a lot better than the fish. See less

Easy parking at the other side of shopping centre and shop is clean. I really don’t like the customer service but the food was good, i order fish and chips her but chicken dishes are not mostly at its best. I tried chicken couple of times here and was not happy. I recommend their fish n chips though and don’t expect them to smile:) come on people just smile while taking orders, you won’t loose anything See less
