Terrible experience at this shop. I ordered a big one then I asked the staff to cut into two, she charges me two of 6-inch ones?? I noticed that but already tapped my card, then I asked her why charge me more as I never been charged at any other shops. She said if cut into two then I got charged by two. That’s so strange coz she didn’t put extra, still four pieces cheese, same amount meat, even less than what other shops gave. I tried to call this shop to talk to the manager, but never get answered. The charwood branch, I really had bad experience at January 31,2022 between 3:15 to 3:45pm. There was an Asian guy who has no ethics neither he knows how to do customer service. Tried calling multiple times, no answer lead me to full message box. Went in there straight away which only took me a few minutes as I don't live to far away only to see 3 workers in there, including the Manager who was on his phone not wearing a mask and the others were standing around doing nothing. Not one customer in there, Then I had to stand around and wait for the manager to get off his important personal phone call to find out if they do the dinner deal or not. Only To find out they don't. Won't be going back, PRICES ARE VERY STEEP HERE AND THEY ARE JUST MONEY HUNGRY, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO TO A SUBWAY THAT WILL LOOK AFTER YOU AND YOU CAN GRAB A BARGAIN AT, ITS NOT THIS SUBWAY See less

One of the best subways in the region! The staff are terrific always making sure your Sub is well presented and prepared. However, a few chain of events including brown lettuce has put me off putting in my sandwich for a while now. The manager might need to consider checking their inventory to see if they're not stashing old lettuce. See less

It's a sandwich! 🌯🍞Who doesn't love sandwiches! !?? Lots of ingredients to choose from. The staff are helpful and extremely patient as people stand umm-ing and ahh-ing at the menu for minutes. Tonight a lovely lady named Emily was very patient and kind as my young daughter took her time picking out what she wanted. They were extremely delicious and very well made.
