Was really disappointed in the staff at Subway the person in charge was to busy.chatting to a customer when there was a huge line up and burnt my sub as I had to tell her it's still in the toaster/oven made me a new one then they forgot about the toaster again so still a bit burnt and said I was to get a discount so I didn't get charged for the ham and cheese toastie but they didn't put it in the bag so when I got home there was no toastie very disappointed in the customer service today they also had trainees on a busy day which they should be put on when it's not so busy don't know how to run their business See less

Look it definitely ain’t a fast operation haha! The staff genuinely looked extremely confused as to what they are actually doing. It’s actually kind of humorous, only if you weren’t in a rush. Took me 25 minutes to get a subway with 5 staff on, pretty wild. See less

The service is fast but sometimes the subs aren't made well at all. The last few times I've ordered, the subs fell apart easily & they were hard to eat. Used to be one of the better ones in the region but it's slipped considerably over the past year. See less

Workers put way to much meat on the sub, didnt even have it in the toaster for 10 seconds before taking it out and had to request 40 seconds. Stuff all salad due to to much meat on the sub. Sub split from to much ingredients inside it. Drink wasnt even cold and cookies were hard as rock. Workers didnt have hat or bandanna on as required. No sticker holding sub wrap and subs wernt identified on paper. Wouldnt go back See less
