Don't order through menulog or Uber eats they didn't give us the right drinks and didn't do our subways correctly and we were missing items for paying 50 dollars for a bloody sandwich it shouldn't be so hard to make the order and we called them and she was so rude on the phone and hung up on me See less

Absolutely rude blonde girl called Brianna. Terrible customer service. Very rude from the start. Obviously did not want to serve us. Cancelled order and will never return here again. There seems to be a few bad reviews on here by others about her. If management cared about their business would definitely see she was not suited to this job. Definitely did not want to be there was rude and sighing from the start. Disgraceful 😡 See less

7:30 pm - Rude, didn't ask if I wanted things toasted, considering I ordered 2 of the "grilled wrap" range you'd think that would be a given - guess I'll toast them myself at home. Threw everything together with very little care. Absolutely should have got one of the other options at the Service Station instead. Closest I've been to walking away without paying. See less

Average when ordered in person, pitiful if using uber eats. The St Mary's subway is your average subway, but for some reason if you order through Uber eats, they no longer care about your order in the slightest. Several times now they have forgotten simple things like cutting the sub in half, and more important things like forgetting to grill when requested, and even adding the wrong ingredients. I find it hard to believe that the workers have coincidentally been incompetent each time I've ordered through uber eats, and find it far more likely that they do not care for the consequences of their minimum effort, when you're not there to complain in person. Went to Subway at this location for the first time in many years, used to come here at lot when I worked in the area. Attitude of the staff was terrible. Place was not clean at all. Standard of food has slipped away.... bread was fresh when it was made, but it must have been a few days ago. Certainly wouldn't recommend a visit here. Not possible to give less than 1 star! Had the veggie patty this week and it was by far the worst that I have had. Under cooked with vegetables just thrown over it. The sauce was unevenly done. Almost all of it just went down the bin ! See less
