Was my go to place for lunch, but they can no longer scan loyalty cards and don't appear to be trying to fix the situation so I stopped going. Fortunately there are many other takeaway options nearby. Otherwise its a good Subway and is newly renovated. See less

Just went in and had a lady serve me, agitated me alot by me asking a simple order, she stuffed the order up and she charged me for double the amount, plus the rude customer service! See less

To the guy that had one job. How hard is it to find an online order. Instead of shrugging your shoulders and argue with the customer do your simple job. Had to wait for your partner to find it after she finished serving another customer. Didn't even put the extras I paid for. Fitting the stereotype of a dimb witted lanky useless fast food worker well. See less

Such poor service seems like they didn't want to be there and the line up was massive and the staff where so slow. Every other subway seems to be more efficient. This has to be the worst subway I have visited in canberra. See less

Went in yesterday and waited ten or more minutes just to be served when there were only five of us in the store. Super slow, they weren’t even trying to be quick. Then to my amazement one of the girls pulled her phone out in the middle of making the sub for the lady in front of me. I understand checking the time and the need to check your phone as a manager but never ever in front of customers or while you’re serving them. See less

The guy that served me was surly and didn't look like he was interested in being there. He also had a go at a young girl working alongside him, telling her she didn't know what she was doing and was too slow. Not a great public approach. See less

A short girl who works their needs to learn basic customer service skills. She is quite rude on more than one occasions. Over talks the customers and no please or thank you. If i see her there I don't go but otherwise it's an ok subway. Dont buy their coffees though as they dont know how to make it and hand you anything. See less
