You don’t deserve even a star. So pathetic service. We as a customer pay for the food not getting it free. I usually order online but bloody every time they miss out on something or do mistakes. So I decided to walk in the store but they the same. I order vegetarian so I asked the staff to change the gloves before serving me and the look she has given me and thrown my falafels it was so disappointing. I will never go back and hope the manager looks into the matter. See less

Today I bought a subway chicken triyaki from your store from Kippax ,I am very old customer of ur store today I saw a new recruiter in your store she messed up my order then i requested her to make it again because her presentation was not good … but she responded very negatively …I felt so bad when I am paying full then why should I compromise with my lunch … she was making faces while ready my order again … at that presentation was also really very bad ..
