Was a good feed, ordered double meat on a chicken sub, thoroughly regretted it as it was a lot. Could not handle that much. I ate it all but felt very full afterwards. Felt full for quite a bit and decided to take my dogs for a walk. Didn’t make it better. Googled how to not feel full but got some kind of diet page which talked about some very controversial ways to lose weigh (not that I need it) so I left it and decided to watch the midday movie on Chanel 7 which made me feel a lot better, perhaps because I let all that protein sit, not too sure. Later I was fine and now realise that it was a good meal and perhaps I have some sort of intolerance to some certain foods, maybe even bread!! I’ll book in a doctors appointment to see if there may be an issue with any food I’m eating that I should not be eating.
