Probably the worst Subway franchise of all time. Tonight I made an uber eats order for 2 subs one chicken fillet and one TURKEY. The order arrived and my turkey sub, was in fact a TUNA sub. I rang subway gumdale and mentioned the error of the order, I talked to Catherine? maybe, couldnt remember to be honest, and i informed her of the situation. To my surprise she acknowledged the mistake, stating that mixing up the tuna and turkey sub orders 'happens a lot'. Which is obviously extremely concerning that the staff cant read.
I asked if i could please get my correct sub in which she replied, 'no worries make another uber eats order of a 'cookie' and they will throw in the 'free' sub'. I asked, what about the service fee and delivery fee from uber eats? In which she replied, 'well you can come pick it up from the store.' I'm not sure if she understands what type of service uber eats ACTUALLY provides. I asked for a gift card or some sort of acknowledgment that there was an error and I could get a turkey sub from the store one day in the near future, in which she stated 'we dont do that'. Long story short, do not go to this store, do not order a turkey sub or order from deliveroo or uber eats. See less
