Staff need better training! poor customer service as customer making request for own sub/requesting the bacon be cooked/heated properly and not just put on-top of my bread raw as 'it will be toasted'... request for my sub was ignored and bread under bacon wasn't toasted properly/was soggy, bacon underdone, then too much sauce.. also when ordering online multiple times it seems they accept the order, then cancel the order as soon as driver arrives at restaurant/store. Some of the worst service I've seen at a subway.

I've given up trying to order here on my way to night shifts. The other night they were already closed at 5.30 instead of advertised 8pm. Boss just closes when he feels like it.

The staff doesnt respect delivery customers. They start the delivery orders only when all the walk in customers orders were finished. They dont care how long the delivery driver and delivery customers wait. Time is important for all walk in customers, delivery drivers and delivery customers. Everyone should be treated equally. This is not fare.

Usually excellent. But the new bloke working today made the worst sandwich ive ever had. Very dissapointing. Had to throw it.
