Hello gogle how are you today! im average thanks! why you ask? well i recently went down to trainway and got a chicken schintzell wap, i got mouldey lettuce and the shnitelz tastede like dog chicken plaese get this right and fixe yor chicken s that yu colect. This has truly been an abysmal experience, the staff wear terrorball and this was a catastrophic ex-spearience. See less

Girl at cash register was poorly trained and didn't know how to put through a special. Instead she insisted I pay full price if I wanted to buy it because she couldn't find the button on the till. Not happy with her service at all. See less

My sister my niece and I went into this place other than the fact that one of the staff members looks really down it was amazing the service was great and they were very nice the young lady kept apologising but its perfectly fine she has a life and she doesn't always need to be "prefect" xo See less

The food is fabulous as usual but the customer service today was so horrible that you can see the fact that the worker has her own problems. She was soo unwelcoming and wrapped my foot long without a sticker so when I look on my passenger seat the sandwich was upside down. Like honestly there is two girls working now and the Asian one was very kind. It’s the blonde one, get her some help. See less

Asked for aolie garlic aolie sauce, I noticed she was putting the last of the bottle on (lots) went and got more then a normal amount on. All I can taste is the sauce, scrapped out all salad/sauce still its soaked into the bead to. Waste of $12 yuck See less

Friendly staff and fresh ingredients, only downside is some of the staff don't know how to make a tortilla wrap properly its always mushed together in a square package lol. Small and quaint. Decent sized parking with easy access. The store is generally clean, few crumbs about, but hey, that's only because I've got nothing bad to say. Plenty of good seating in a good arrangement. Food was the usual subway good - a nice alternative to the salt and grease of other chain restaurants. Staff were friendly and attractive, gave me good food and a good experience in store. See less
