The 2 staff were being trained on a busy lunch shift by one other team member . I was overcharged on my card , then after noticing this they tried to process a credit , but the machine was asking for the merchant card first. I was told just to swipe my card, of course it didn't work they insisted I try again , no merchant card but try mine again . Then it was decided to give me a cash refund for the difference. Took my order , got home 10 mins later only to find one half of my order was the sub made for the person next to me at the shop. This was a case of poor management practices from the owner of this business , and totally inexperienced staffing under pressure. See less
