Very rude and arrogant staff doesn’t even know the C of customer service . I visit the store 10th of April around 1:45pm to pick up an uber order the store seems busy so i had waited for 20mins patiently Then customer start texting me ti ask how long it will take for the order to pick ,so i have ti ask the staff member of subway the same thing ,i ask her politely that customer is asking how long it will take , staff reply it will take 15-20mins more i said why so i have been waiting for last 25mins already , she very arrogantly reply i do not have time to argue with you cancel the order if you do not want to do delivery , she does not even apologise and said sry for wait.
The height of customer service comes when customer call me and want to talk to staff for wait because by that time i was waiting more than 40mins and the subway staff talk on the front of customer that she does mot have time to talk to the customer and then satrt laughing at the back .
