Today as my order was cancelled by SUBWAY BEENLEIGH on Ubereats for the SECOND time. I called to place an order only to be greeted and treated as an inconvenience. I was told "Don't take phone orders, especially at lunch time with a room full of people" then subsequently hung up on.
1. Why even have ubereats as an option if you can't actually provide the service?
2. If you can't muster up basic, polite human interaction during a busy period - the jobs not for you hun.
