Please teach your staff to understand customers more better! I hate having to repeat my order like 3 to 4 times before they finally realise what I wanted! Tables were dirty, full of crumbs. Lift your game you mob! See less

Some of the staff really need some basic customer service training. Ordered a sandwich late this afternoon and couldn’t understand a word the woman serving me was saying. To make it even harder she mumbled too. Had a bored, grumpy look on her face the whole time like she was doing community service there. I’m not expecting Mary Poppins to serve me but it might be a little better if (a) you could understand what she was mumbling - and I mean you couldn’t understand EVERY segment of the process - Bread. Huh? Toasted or not? Excuse me? Salads. Pardon? Sauce. What? It was only my past knowledge of the routine there that I knew the mumbled gurmenblidafta meant ‘Salt and Pepper’. And (b) maybe they should try looking … you know… not so much like they’ve just been arrested by the police. Hadn’t been there for awhile and won’t be back for awhile either. Unless I can find an interpreter. See less

I came here with the intent of purchasing a sandwich. So I did. The sandwich was about what you expect from a subway, decent. But when I was leaving, sandwich in hand, an old classmate from school saw me and stopped me outside to chat. This was all taking far too long and draining my patience as I had a sandwich to eat!! By the time he had shut up and I had driven home, my sandwich was cold. I ate this sandwich but I couldn't help but wonder how much better it would have tasted if it was fresh. Overall 4 stars since my sandwich had a little bit too much lettuce and it slid out of my sandwich causing a saucy mess on my lap. -Uncle Rey See less
