I shouldn’t have bought my son a meatball sub when I saw the end of the day meatballs in a plastic bag next to the cleaned warmer but I thought they wouldn’t sell them if they were bad. They WERE bad.. dry and not hot, tasted like they had been in a warmer for a long time, but on the brink of inedible but they were still selling them to the public. My son didn’t eat it as it tasted bad and when I called the store, the lady said “they are in the warmer all day to stop you from getting sick” in a very passive aggressive tone among other comments . She also said no money back, no credit but only a biscuit for a 13.45 inedible meatball subway. I will not be buying from this store ever again and I should have learnt by my daughters experience a year ago with this store when they didn’t fulfil her Uber order but made her random subways and placed them in a bag with an apology note that they didn’t have the bread or toppings she wanted, Rather than giving her, her money back and cancelling her order. Just like my son went without his tea last night, she did too on that occasion as takeaway food can be a luxury for many of us and no one should have to be made to eat sub optimal food. They should be looking after their customers asI have 3 other Subway stores I can go to in my local area that are much better. See less
