Ordered through menu log. When the order was delivered it was missing the drink. Spoke to the delivery driver - he was never given a drink, rang up and the guy just tried to blame the delivery driver! No apology, no resolution just "there are no delivery drivers available, so you don't get your drink" no refund offered or given. See less

The worst subway in Canberra. Do yourself a favour and go down the road to Phillip. Dirty store, poor service, old bread. Just the worst. And to the owners, don't you dare blame your staff. If it's always lime this then it's your fault. Shame on you. See less

got a meal today lettuce and tomato should have been put in the bin yesterday worries me what the meat you cant see is like if that is how they display there fresh product don't think I will be back.31/12/19 See less

Consistently great sushi that's been a staple in Manuka for years. A great quick stop for a tasty and easy lunch. They use a lot of plastic for takeaway though, it'd be nice to see less single use packaging. See less

The worst subway franchise ever. Try to avoid at all cost. Went there today order sandwich deal with cookies and large soft drink cup and find out that the drink dispenser only dispense Soda water as something broken and the staff knew about it and still selling me the cup. When I found out I went back to the staff, he refused to take any responsibility and said he just knew that it broken but while I was arguing with him there was a guy come to fix the machine. The staff said he can not do anything and asked me to come back tomorrow if I want a refund. I actually don't want a refund I just don't like the way he lied to his customer and didn't want to take any responsibilty. See less
