I have been here 3 to 4 times. It's an average Kebab Shop or Food Shop with average taste. I think the main point of attraction in any such fast food or quick food Industry is how the sales person explain the combination. The slaes person does not explain what comes in a box and somehow they don't like much talking. It might be because they are over exhausted working late and stretching their effort. The owner need to ensure proper staff timing with adequte shift roaster so that the sales person can adress the need of custome and explain what comes in a box and how they taste. Overall I think food is just normal Kebab and meat and good for meeting my hunger. The rating i wanted to give was 2.5 but somehow google does not allow that. See less

Beautiful kebabs and great service! I ordered late at night and there were no uber drivers, so one of the guys at Sultans took initiative and delivered it himself. Keep it up legends! See less

I chose the No 4 combination which was a Lamb Kerbab with a small drink, and it cost $14.50. The kebab was really good with allot of ingredients in it. The service was friendly and prompt. See less

Out first time ordering tonight. The service was absolutely outstanding. I was so impressed by the service, food and delivery. We will absolutely be regular customers. It was my husband’s birthday and his favourite meal is lamb. You made it a great celebration in lockdown. All the best to Sultans!! See less

Don't even bother wasting ur money here. The food is horrible. We waited 40mins and what arrived wasn't even worth the wait. The rice is tasteless and obviously pre made as it's clumpy. The meat we got was burnt, the salad had no dressing. We requested the meat be changed as it was burnt to a crisp and what did arrive instead was also bland. The only saving grace is the dips and Turkish bread. The attitude of the guy cooking is very careless. See less

Probably the most expensive cold kebab and least salt spinkle for warm chips. Didnt have a combo package, so ordered everything separately coming out $19.50, more expensive then other local kebabs via ubereats, even though I ordered dine in. Food wise - for 15mins both should be hot and not warm/cold. Chilli sauce wasn't there as ordered. Cost for quantity it definitely put itself as one of the most expensive kebab, I've had in awhile. Service was okay, abit rude as making my order he decides to pick up the phone to prioritise a take away. See less

The attitude of the lady taking the order was just shocking. We've been there only a few mins and she already doesn't like us ¯_(ツ)_/¯. Also, the dishes we ordered didn't even remotely looked like in the pictures. I'm pretty sure the Adana kebab we were served was just not that, they just served whatever was available or possible. On the positive side, the food was OK, nothing too bad. Would not visit again though. See less
