Always a pleasure – I travel a silly distance to visit to get takeaway beans or coffee, but the friendly conversation and beautiful product is difficult to resist. Would highly recommend a batch brew coffee, beans, crumpets – nothing disappoints. See less

Coffee is amazing, so many different varieties that regularly change. The house blend always stays the same and it is also delicious especially with milk!! Every time I come here I can never go past the toasties either ham and two different types of cheese with the option to add pickles and/or hot sauce or kimchi or a boiled egg Every Saturday the get crossaints and they are delicious. The team are super inviting and friendly and always make an effort to talk to you when they can. They never make you feel bad or that you don’t know enough when they talk about coffee. Your favourite barista’s favourite barista works here. This store is the cure to the curse of most of Brisbane’s cafes; specialty coffee venues with little to no quality eats, or breakfast food with no decent coffee to wash it back. Love these guys heaps, my days off would not be the same without them. See less

These guys are legends. The service is great, they have really knowledgeable staff who know their coffee and how to sell it. I had an amazing toasty that was super delicious. I wanted to try everything on the menu but I was by myself. The atmosphere is clean, bright and welcoming. Definitely a diamond in the rough! See less

Supernumerary is both the hardest to pronounce and the very best coffee shop on the South side of Brisbane. It is a simple place with seating for a few groups, some pastries, and the coffee. That's all I need when the coffee is that good. See less

I had the 1+1+1 - espresso + piccolo + batch brew and the coffees were perfect. I chose the Colombia Buenos Aires from disciple for the espresso and it was one of the most striking coffees I've ever tasted. Supernumerary gives you options that you won't find in many places, their coffee menu is really set up to allow an incredible experience if you're looking for it. Also loved the kimchi toastie.
