Service is terrible. The food tasted old. I had one roll and that was enough to stop spending in this place. See less

Absolutely excellent quality of the food served here. Service is decent. The price is the worst part. Completely ridiculous. See less

I am a sushi lover. This is my first time I’ve been to Gold Coast. I saw a high star rating on Google and would like to have a try on it. The customer service was terrible and disappointing. I remembered that Korean girl waitress being so rude to me, she even yelled at other customers. what a bad impression of my first day in Gold Coast ! See less

The worst sushi train ever, the waitress was very rude, completely not fresh make sushi. I believe some of them are left over from yesterday. they don’t supply any table water so you need to purchase bottles water. See less

Ok here’s the thing, everything was fine except the waitress girl’s (taller one) attitude!!! (The other girl was nice...) Oh my god, she doesn’t like people coming there. She needs to be trained. Smile, don’t make faces to customers, if you grab things when customer is using it, excuse them. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ See less

I went with 2 of my friends just now. One of my friends is allergic to seafood and therefore I double checked with the waitress if there is fish sauce in the egg sushi. She was extremely rude. She said no and took the plate of sushi and threw it on the table in front of me. As a person who loves sushi, I can’t believe I wanted to leave the restaurant so bad cause I didn’t feel respected at all. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not going to dine in as long as I see her in the restaurant. See less

This sushi train restaurant offers a good variety of sushi plates and is relatively cheap. Though they could have more choices for soup udons and ride bowl selections. Orders are fairly quick, not really that fast but good enough unless you are in a hurry. Unlike most sushi trains I had before, this restaurant charges for green tea (AU$1) which disappointed me a little. Nonetheless it was a good experience for me. Would definitely recommend! See less

Maybe it was because I arrive close to closing time (half an hour to go) but there wasn't many options to choose from the "rail train", which is sad since it is a "sushi train restaurant", but we still could choose from menu and order. One of the sushis I ordered was a Wagyu mozzarella nigiri and it was very bad. The wagyu was pretty thick and every time I tried to bit or even chew i could feel that meet was very hard. Have to say that I was very disappointed See less

Having walked around to determine what to eat on September 23, 2018, my wife and I decided to have sushi here. Sushis were reasonably priced and we got what we paid for. Green tea was charged at AUD1 per cup! See less

Enjoyed our experience. The okonomiyaki was really lovely, fresh and a good portion size. The service was okay and we enjoyed the sushi we had. There was a lot of sushi, but not a wide range The best idea, is to purchase off the menu. That way you can watch them prepare your food and eat it fresh. The Gyoza was quite nice too. It’s a short walk from Cavill Ave tram station. Cross the road in the beach direction and walk underneath and through the building. . See less
