Asked for 6 salmon nigiri early in the morning, paid for it and got given a box. I caught the train home and opened the box, they made me 6 full sized salmon rolls and avocado and charged me $21 for it... and I don't even eat avocado. Looks like I'll have to go to the Sushi Hub Post Office store instead, where they can actually get orders right. I'm annoyed, because I even said twice that morning "6 salmon nigiri" because she didn't hear me the first time. Maybe they should get someone behind the counter who actually has ears. See less

Ordered through Deliveroo and asked for soy, wasabi and ginger. There is no option to order any of these items on the app. Instead of providing any ginger, or communicating through Deliveroo, they took the time and effort to write a note saying we couldn’t have any. See less

I asked if they had a specific type of sushi and she said - no, but we can make it for you :) Even with a queue they custom made my perfect sushi without any fuss. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Great service! See less

The food here is delicious and great value. The store is clean however on several occasions I have been thoroughly annoyed by staff when placing my order. * Some staff do not understand English * This happens regularly and destroys my appetite. I speak slowly and clearly; staff member second-guesses my order and serves me something totally different to my face-to-face request. If English is not understood, the particular staff member should NOT be in verbal contact with the public. Regularly I ask for multiple chicken and avocado rolls only to have staff say "Just one?" If they want me to repeat my order (I speak concisely), I'm happy to. But not listening to me or already deciding what I'm about to order is NOT okay and if this happens one more time I'll be eating elsewhere. We speak English in this country; learn it or get out the back. See less

Dirty floor full of food scraps. Tables are no cleaned, missing soy sauce. Sushi set feels like it was sitting in the fridge for a whole day. Tuna on a sushi is thin, even can see a hole in it (photo attached). I was at this place about 2 years ago and it was much nicer those days. See less
