Knowing the state of most food courts I threw caution to the wind and gave this place a go. I do not understand the hype.. I was dealt with pleasantly enough, but when asked for ginger I was thrown a handful of soy and ginger across the counter. Not exactly professional. I thought the food was sub par. Almost tasteless. This is expected in a food court but it was the 8 inch length of thick hair that I ended up pulling out of my mouth that was in the roll that really cemented my opinion. I gave the food back and was offered a new piece(thoughtfully) which I declined. I had lost my appetite for the rest of the day. Will not return. See less

Want to share my bad experience in this store at 1st january 2021. I came along with an old couple following behind me to this store and the staff refused to accept the couple's order while she still doing my order. I feel really bad to the couple and regret after I left the store that I didnt didn speak up to defend them. It was 9.26 pm the store shouldnt be closed and the staff shouldnt be rejecting the order. i wished that the couple would find better place to eat, they were just old people that should be respected more. Please give more training to your staff (a girl with initial T**a) to respect the customer more. Thanks. See less

only ordered takoyaki from here but it wasnt on the menu but from my experience i think they serve the best takoyaki in canberra for such a good price too! $5 for 5 pieces and the staff were so friendly! service and food here is top quality!! See less

the shop is in food court area. huge selection of sushi for me in Canberra. So I tried some different type of sushi and taste great. the sauce was great. Also the staff was nice and helpful. would comeback. See less
