Great sushi and I'm a regular customer however I never get the right amount of soy sauce or ginger sachet. I expect one sachet for each sushi roll but it never happens unless I ask for it and sometimes I'm asked to pay extra!!!!!! What's the deal with that? See less

Are you guys using a real tuna fish to make tuna sushi? 🤔 I have eaten raw tuna so many times but I've never seen the red colour comes out of the rice placed under the tuna meat. Also it doesn't taste like tuna at all. Can you guys explain why there is the red colour on the rice? I ended up throwing it all in the rubbish bin. See less

Sushi nice but customer service is terrible. Been there 3 times and every time the staff don't listen to your order and you have to explain it to them, are rude and each time have felt unhappy and frustrated. See less

Second time here. The sushi is not bad. service is not the best though. Not sure if this is standard operating procedure or I was just plain unlucky. the cashier girl didn't give me wasabi at all. need to ask *duh*And then she would give you ONE sachet of wasabi - for that amount of sushi I bought which is clearly not enough. A little advice - if you feel you need to save some wasabi, at least ask your customers whether they want wasabi. never assume they don't. Patrons are your business, not beggars. Hope you can improve. See less

Great customer service. Staff were really friendly attending to my picks, arranging them nicely in paper lunch boxes and put them in nice paper bag for me to carry. Been buying from other outlets and this is the first to have these. Food is yummylecious. Thanks. See less

Simple, fresh, tasty and authentic fast food sushi. Friendly staff and good verity of choices. This is fast food style sushi place so the assessment is based on that not a sushi restaurant. For the fast food style, you need to be served quickly and have options to choose and dine very fast. This place has all but the most important, the food taste very fresh and delicious. Probably one of the best Sushi Hubs I've been too. I always get sashimi and nigiri packs and they were super fresh and flavorful. Not to mention there's more choice than just salmon and tuna. The staff are always friendly and it's a pleasant experience. 5/5 everytime See less
