Really horrible service I’m so shocked at how workers could look at customers and talk and make jokes about them it was so uncomfortable to stand there I just wanted to buy some lunch but instead just was made to feel so uncomfortable what is this kind of service. Always fresh sushi. Rice is really nice and soft. Tastes a lot more like traditional Japanese sushi compared to some other Sushi shops in the area that make the rice too salty to cater for Western taste. See less

The food at this small Sushi Hub is delicious, BUT the service is appalling! We have been buying our Sushi here since it opened and they don't give a hoot about customer service and their packaging! I have commented a couple of times now, not to squash my food into one container, then lean on the container whilst they staple it shut! By the time you eat it it resembles a war zone! Smashed avocado and mayonnaise! They never acknowledge your custom, and can't wait to move onto the next customer! Japanese people in particular are usually very polite and take great care in their food presentation, but somehow I suspect these people are not Japanese! I have noticed the owner replies to some of the comments and I look forward to his reply on this one! We will continue to purchase your food as it is yummy but please fix the attitude! See less

Love, love, love their sushi. I wont tell my absolute favourite because I am afraid it will become too popular! Always super delicious. Super clean premises, and staff are always very efficient with serving customers. Have had many sushi variations and Sushi Hub is my ultimate favourite for taste and value. Shhhh.......do not want too many people knowing about them ! See less
