My family loves Sushi. But not from here. Don't Order online they will give it to someone else. Don't order sushi with roe or fish eggs, they don't put them on it. They are ripping customers off anyway they can. Be careful and double check what you order from this place, it's a shame that a sushi train thinks they can get away with this. It's up to you customers to make them perform. See less

Was refused entry because i did not have a smart phone to scan the QR code nor did they have the means to log in manually. We then asked for takeaway and were again refused. I would suggest for those whi do not have a smart phone or if your battery is flat to find another venue. See less

Went to to this restaurant for lunch with the family. Checked in for 4 people went for the first time as we are new here. My daughter wife an I sat down to eat. My son came in with his grilled burger. We didn't know that food from outside was not allowed. He was told he was not allowed to eat it. He is 14 and does not like Sushi. This I found quite aggravating as even though we were happy to eat there they would not let him eat his food. Things are probably different on the GC but I don't see the problem in allowing a child to eat their food. So essentially because of a $12 burger they lost out on gaining another family as patrons. Won't be going back again. See less

Please be careful. They tried to charge us more by putting our orders on higher coloured plates. I have experienced it for at least 3 times from Benowa sushi train. It's hard to notice especially when you order several dishes. Make sure to compare with the menu. They've even tried to charge us more at the cashier by entering different (higher) order (for example you had a standard udon, but staff entered tempura udon which is more expensive). This happens to me again at least 3 times. Unacceptable experience and staff were never apologetic (so it's normal for them to 'trick' their customers). It used to be one of the best sushi places but since the management has changed and the chef has left, it became the worst in terms of customer service & food quality. See less

The best Sushi Train on the GC, fast and friendly service and the food is always great. Being a Japanese customer, I can really appreciate the Japanese Quality ingredients used in the franchise and the effort made in making all the sushi and Japanese dishes throughout Sushi Train Stores.
