THAT IS A EXCELLENT PLACE TO GRAB A COFFEE OR LUNCH WITHOUT HAVING TO EAT IN A SHOPPING CENTRE THERES A WHEELCHAIR ACCESSABLE TOILET TOO. THIS BUSINESS HAS 2 OUTLETS ONE IN NAMBOUR AND ONE IN MAPLETON. See less

A really nice experience today. We were greeted by the owner as we entered and she had the measure of my Dad in 5 seconds! This lead to hilarious banter, and we felt welcome immediately. We ordered from the counter and sat out on the deck. It was a dry 33 degrees today, but under the insulated pergola roof, and coupled with a nice breeze, we were quite comfortable. The baked goods and sandwiches we ate were fresh and flavorsome, and the iced coffees were refreshing and well prepared. The staff too were excellent, and we felt like we were regulars. Sweet and Flour is very popular with the local office staff, and you know if the locals keep going back, then it's not going to be disappointing. We'll be back too. See less

By far the best short crusty pastry in Nambour and surrounding areas. He is a pastry chef by trade and it shows in his masterpieces. You'll want to go everyday to try a new tart! Simply delicious! If you are looking for something savoury, their foccacia sandwiches and huge and very generous. See less

I took home a box of tarts yesterday and we had them for dessert last night. They were incredible. I mean, really something else. I chose the gluten free cheesecake, the apple pie, a raspberry custard tart and a caramel banana tart. I can't actually remember the last time I had pastry like it. So buttery and crisp and delicious. And at $20 for a box of 4, they were an extremely inexpensive dessert. I would not even try to make them myself for that price (also, I couldn't duplicate the quality and flavour on my best day). HIGHLY recommend. See less
