Great food! Excellent aesthetics! The customer service was amazing, with everyone taking their time to explain different dishes, refill drinks. We went for a birthday and it's been a while since we've had deep fried ice cream! Also glad to hear their 10% surcharge for 8 people plus has been removed :) See less

I booked a table for 4 on a Saturday night when we were visiting Sydney from Port Macquarie. It is always a bit of a worry when you are the one making the choice for a group, particularly when one of those people is not particularly keen on Asian food. However, from the moment we arrived at the door all doubt disappeared. The welcome we got, even though we were early, made us all feel relaxed straight away. This wondeful service continued all night from every member of staff that we had contact with. The food? Well I think it is fair to say that it has spoilt all future Asian meals for me - it was just that good. We had the middle banquet which came with a simply amazing selection of food. Some of the highlights included the vegetable dumplings (the pumpkin one was like eating a sweet custard and could be a dessert), the sweet & sour barramundi and the world's best fried ice cream balls (no sauce required). We will be back and if this restuarant isn't awarded a Good Food Guide Hat in 2022 then something is wrong. See less

Amazing service and great food. Went here as part of a work function and I loved it. They make you feel like you're home and that you're family - excellent hosts! Shoutout to Connie. She really took care of me and was very accommodating to my dietary needs. The staff helped us split the bills even though we are a pretty big group, made the night fun and easy - would definitely recommend! See less

This is probably my new favourite Canto place. You know the food's great when simple noodle dishes are great (best beef flat noodles I've ever had??) Also wonderful service and ambience, definitely recommending this place to friends and family! See less

The pot stickers are made fresh daily. One of the best fired pork dumplings I've ever eaten. Also homemade chilli/garlic sriracha sauce is gold! Great service and amazing food. Thanks Judy for a delicious experience!! See less

My bf and I decided to try this place because it was new and the interiors were absolutely beautiful! Judy, the manager, welcomed us really warmly. She was very charismatic and helped us choose the best food. The wagyu cubes and king prawns were AMAZING!! I rarely write reviews, but the team at Tao just went above and beyond. Found this gem by accident. Other booking fell through and we were happy greeted at the front door by friendly staff. The venue was very clean and modern with a traditional Chinese spin. Only small negative the aircon was a little cold. Now the main part.. the food... wow absolutely amazing. From the dumplings to the crispy chicken and the spring beans. Don’t take my word for it. Jump on it and try it for yourself. Will definitely be back. See less

Was passing by and noticed this new restaurant, didn't realise that it had just opened up (soft opening). Welcome was great, service impeccable. Order fish and vegetables, which were nicely cooked, fresh and full of flavour. See less
