I booked a table for 4 on a Saturday night when we were visiting Sydney from Port Macquarie. It is always a bit of a worry when you are the one making the choice for a group, particularly when one of those people is not particularly keen on Asian food.
However, from the moment we arrived at the door all doubt disappeared. The welcome we got, even though we were early, made us all feel relaxed straight away. This wondeful service continued all night from every member of staff that we had contact with.
The food? Well I think it is fair to say that it has spoilt all future Asian meals for me - it was just that good. We had the middle banquet which came with a simply amazing selection of food. Some of the highlights included the vegetable dumplings (the pumpkin one was like eating a sweet custard and could be a dessert), the sweet & sour barramundi and the world's best fried ice cream balls (no sauce required).
We will be back and if this restuarant isn't awarded a Good Food Guide Hat in 2022 then something is wrong. See less
