The restaurant is unnervingly quite. Food service is sluggish. Chefs special crab bun tastes like they're battered in paper. The cheifs special pork belly was far overcooked, so tough it is auidiable. Manager refused point plank to accept the fact even with me playing the crunchy pork meat like a drum to him. Waitresses are very polite. (hence 2 stars not 1). (Edited for accuracy.) See less

Love the Green Curry with chicken! We visit often just for it. Delicious, spicy and hot (temperature). The highlight of the meal. Very quick and attentive service. Mixed Entre was tried today too. Yum! See less

Took away 3 dishes the food was simply horrible, not worth the money or the 3 mins drive to pick up .. the jungle curry dish seemed as if its not a dish they even finished cooking.. simply horrible, ruined my dinner !!! See less

Absolutely love the Thai food at this family owned restaurant by Lake Ginninderra. The whole barramundi with either tamarind sauce or garlic and lemon is superb. The Fish Pla Tod is also a favourite dish and so is the red curry duck. Service can be a little variable but on the whole good. 4.5+⭐️from me. See less

Always a pleasure to dine here. Once again we refreshed our memories of previous dining experiences. Chose a mixed entree each and then 3 mains with our choice of rice. Courteous staff and flavoursome food plus goid friends in an easy to access location makes this Thai restaurant a perfect destination. Long may it continue. See less

Ordered takeaway and only realised my order was wrong when I got home. I had ordered a noodle dish and what was given to me was just plain stir fried vegetables. I called to tell the restaurant but was offered no apology or compensation just that they were already closed and nothing they could do... The food we did order was also pretty poor, very dry satay chicken and a very watery Thai chicken curry. Such a shame. See less

I don't think this is the same restaurant we used to love. Today, we ordered the red curry seafood and all we got in it was a generous amount of soup with one piece of prawn, a tiny piece of fish and a calamari ring. No veggies either. The pad thai was almost flavourless and severely lacking in chicken meat. The whole order came to around $71 for the 2 servings of each the 2 dishes. Pathetic. Not to mention, that the take away took 45 mins after being told that it would only take 15 mins max. Never again. See less

Authentic Thai, very tasty and quality food. Have had 3 meals there and nothing negative to report. Nice ambiance, decent attentive service, clean and warm (mid winter now). We've had 2 family meals there in recent weeks, 3 adults with entre, mains and desert, about $130 1st visit and $110 second visit. A solo meal there cost about $30 with 3 courses. Every dish I've had was good, jungle curry, green and red curries, pad Thai, octopus and some others. Good variety, excellent ice cream desserts. See less

The service here is absolutely wonderful, friendly and attentive. Over the last few years however the food had started to decline in terms of consistency and taste. The massmam beef for example used to be a family favourite, however bits of fat and lack of flavour really put us off the dish. A return to consistent flavours would be welcome. See less

The location is great and food is reasonable. So I found myself coming here more and more. But on my last visit, I received shocking service - the worst I have ever faced as a paying customer in my life. The waitress was so HORRIBLE, she was actually so angry and said insulting things to me because of a miscommunication. I am non-confrontational and do not like drama/being rude. So I just got up really shocked, paid quietly and walked out. Never to return. What I don't get is, why would a waiting staff ever treat a polite customer this way? I would give zero stars if I could. See less
