My partner and I were keen to visit this place so I rang to make a booking, she said they don't take bookings, first come first served. I asked if they were busy now, she said customers were coming in consistently. Not once did she mention anything about a festival or a ticketed event.
Once there, I glance at the menu and notice half of it has been crossed out including the item I was keen to try. As we're checking in, a waitress approaches us and asks are we here for the festival, when we say no, she says sorry but we're not open to the public.
What is wrong with these people? She couldn't have told us this on the phone or hey what about asking us if we wanted to buy a ticket?
Total lack of respect for potential customers.
On the up side we discovered a lovely little cafe with great food and great service, called Oh Dang! Espresso at Windang, Go there instead. See less
