Do not recommend holding an event here. They will treat you terribly and when your bar tab runs out they will take your money and kick you out. Ladies, be careful going into the toilets. The male security guards WILL follow you in there! I wish there was an option to rate this venue 0 stars! See less

Held a 21st event tonight and after our bar tab run out we were kicked out for “too intoxicated” despite not being. Kicked us all out once they got our money and we’re incredibly rude and male security guard followed the birthday girl into the toilets. Incredibly disappointed and would not recommend See less

Great meal to be had here. Made to feel welcome. Charming staff that took orders and service was really quick. The meal was cooked to my liking so compliments to the cook. Would most certainly come again and would thoroughly recommend visiting the pub. The mushroom gravy was very nice too. See less

Food served an hour late and cold, horrible customer service, raised their voices at us and accused us of lying. I would recommend going anywhere else but here. Edit: I was quite disappointed on the night, but now it’s just funny seeing your response. You weren’t even present, and your information is very incorrect. Also for your information, one of the people with me timed our order from when we ordered, as we were having a friendly bet on how long the food would take. So we know exactly how long the COLD food took to come out. See less

Really great customer service experience with Leo! We went to The Bay Mordi last Friday, and were the only people in the beautiful little outdoor area. Despite that, plus that we were ordering via the app, Leo regularly came over to check on us, make sure we were happy with our orders, and refill our water. Really great experience! I also loved the cocktails, and was glad there were vegetarian options on the menu. See less

The service and Management and staff at this venue is amazing. I am so sorry I didn't note names of the staff who served us as all were so good. Nothing was too much trouble. The food is fantastic and the 4 adults a 12 and 7 year old really enjoyed their meals. Fish and chips (Flat head tails), Hamburger and chips and 3 Adults and a 7yr old so love sharing the food from the Tapas menu. Lastly a huge thank you to the Venue Manager on Sunday. My Husband was served his meal, chips, minus the fish. He thought an error was made from the kitchen. The Manager sorted it out and arranged a new Meal for him. On reflection my husband realised that an error must have occurred at his end and the order didn't go through as requested. The Manager also checked what happenned and as my Husband tried to pay for his meal the Manager refused payment and gave the meal to my Husband as complementary even though the problem was very much with my Husband for not checking correctly. Best Service!!! Yes, he did leave a good tip! The one thing I suggest to The Bay Mordi is besides a receipt for the transaction can a printout of the ordered food also be provided. We will be back. Went here for lunch on yesterday and the experience was lovely, the food was incredible, we especially loved the scallops, but what really made the place was the friendly but impeccable service we received. Every server we interacted with were extremely helpful, had great energy and seemed happy to be there. I am terrible with names but the young man that seated us and took our order in particular was wonderful, he never passed our table without politely checking in on us and really made us feel special on our day out. Awesome little spot, very chill kind of half beer garden with no roof/half sports bar with roof in the one space (the tennis was on).....but the quirkiness is part of its charm. There was live music on the Sunday and the staff were lovely, very chill and friendly. A great place to catch up with friends or meet new ones for a drink. I like it, will be back! See less

Another great place to stop by and have an amazing meal. The staff were very friendly and accommodated us with slight changes to plans. The atmosphere is great, bright, and perfect for a Friday night dine in. They also have a beer garden with sometimes live music. The service was amazing; drinks were served in no time. Then quickly followed by our food. They have great options for kids and also a great simple menu where the food is superb. I will definitely be going again when we are nearby! See less

Pretty average I'd say. Very oily fish (fish and chips). Too much sauce in the chicken burger you couldn't taste anything else but sauce. Good chips. Good vibe though. See less

Had the most wonderful drinks and dinner with friends Saturday night in the main dining area. Amazing service with the best charisma, the pasta was delicious despite the little wait. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a classy dinner catchup spot with great food. See less

Portion sizes, presentation and pricing were spot on. Great variety of food yet such a simple menu. Staff were super friendly and offered genuine suggestions. Delivery of food was quick. Will definitely be back!! Chips were very salty, but everything else was amazing! See less

Good location. Went for dinner around 6pm and got told we has to sit at a middle table as they were booked. By 7pm, several prime position tables were not filled. Southern fried chicken burger and chips, good standard. Chips had nice spice on the.. Friendly service. Prices a little higher then average. The parma menu attached to Google is no longer active.
