Multiple times being there and I’ve had enough - the service from one of the main staff members, older lady (Karen from her name badge) is always moody and never polite. Ask simple questions of what is the special of the day, or if we could get some sauce on the side, same arrogant response from her. This place would be so much better without her - which I don’t say much at all.. Spending my hard earned money and having someone with such a negative mood take it away from you. Other than that, the food is not too bad but more options and more specials during the week would attract more people. See less

Great local pub with friendly atmosphere. Food is classic Aussie pub with all the classics and a week special menu for something different. Staff are always friendly and help create a great family atmosphere. Regular drink specials (keep an eye on Facebook). See less

Staff were extremely friendly from the moment we entered the premises. Entrees and kids meals were delivered quite quickly after ordering which was fabulous. All meals ordered were great value for money and tasted delicious. One of the kids meals had one piece of fish which was overcooked but apart from that no complaints. Great friendly service and great meals. Kids playground is a bonus. See less

I do enjoy the odd pub feed every now and again and this time was no exception. The food tasted great, the atmosphere was awesome and most of the staff came across as friendly. There was one staff member that looked like she had, had enough for the day and the flowed over into her attitude towards the customers. Regardless I am sure we will be back. See less

Above and Beyond our expectations. Karen and her Team - especially Emily has looked after us really well. They have done a beautiful set up for our 4 year old birthday party. Really glad we chose to to hold our party here. The indoor kids playground kept the kids busy. Even our guests were impressed by everything and were raving about the service. Unfortunately the service from one particular staff member was severely lacking. No communication at all and a very unwelcome attitude. An absolute let down as the rest of the staff were quite friendly. I personally work in the hospitality industry and know that people can have an off night particularly when it is busy, however this was a very quiet Monday night and there really is no excuse. We were initially sat at a table right by the door that would have been very difficult for our party to manoeuvre as my family member is in a wheel chair - we were not offered an alternative. The waitress literally walked to the nearest table and dragged a chair away with no explanation and then walked off. We decided to sit further down as it would be more comfortable. There was no explanation about the menu situation - I understand that there is signage on the table explaining that it is a QR code menu and self order however a simple ‘hey guys this is how we do the ordering at our restaurant, let me know if you need any help or have any questions’ would have gone a long way. Furthermore, the food itself was overall underwhelming - particularly the bell salad. The rice was undercooked and honestly tasted like a microwave quinoa and rice pack. The rest of our meals were just okay. We were not given cutlery and had to ask the second waitress bringing the dishes if we could have some - again, simple communication would have solved this issue. I did speak briefly with who I assume was the bar manager about the service from one staff member - though they were understanding there was no real accountability or proper apology. This used to be a really great place to relax and have a decent meal - it is a real shame that this was the experience we had tonight. See less

Great spot for families or just to catch up with your mates. A variety of beers and a fantastic menu to suit all budgets. This food menu is REALLY good and we will be back. Don't go to the bottle shop though - Members only ($10 on the spot if you wish). See less
