Food is terrible, workers are run down and working alone trying to deal with walk in customers and uber orders. Shame on the employer for not supporting their staff! Food here used to be fantastic now i only find myself here out of convenience. Prices have gone up and the food quality reduced. See less

Good breakfast food at at a reasonable price. Always call in if travelling north out of town. And I can always rely on getting HP sauce with my bacon egg roll. See less

Don't order from uber eats or menulog etc. Food arrives cold. Plus the steak on my steak burgers was hella tough and there was next to no sauce! See less

Been to the one in WaymouthSt. Was glad to find this one near to one of the places I work. Good range of burgers, meat skewers, schnitzels, and more. I like their gear - different from other fast food. Ok prices. Will definitely be going here again! Went there again and tried their basic steak burger - was good. Will stop in again from time to time and maybe check out a few more of their menu options. See less

This place is awesome for a meal any time. The ladies that work behind the counter are very good at their jobs. The food is great quality for a servo and to be honest I have started eating here a bit more than I should. Of course no Vegetarian menu. It's a Big Grill not a Tofu bar. :/ If you want Big Food great taste and friendly service, then this is the place for you! See less

My daughter ordered 4 hot dogs with the lot and 1 of them had a hair through the onion I really think they need to wear hair nets I threw this hot dog away and was a waste of $10 after eating 1 bite, Also there was far too much bacon and very little cheese and onion most would like more bacon but it really needs more cheese and onion then it had Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again See less

Came here today, food was great aswell as the service. Shame on the owners of big grill though only putting on 1 person during the busy dinner peak and on a public holiday, the girl working was clearly overworked and stressed out by the amount of people here. You did great and deserve better, shame on the owners. See less

Yep, now the bypass is in its the best place to fuel up! In and out in 5 min,polite staff etc.. Dunno bout the food but, once ya pass 50 fried stuff sort of goes off the menu so yeah. All good. CM See less

The burger were really great and well cooked perfectly as well the the sauce inside them was perfect to the taste I ordered double Parmi schnitzel burger and plant based schnitzel burger with some fries they were great in taste and the fries were so yummy as well. See less

Good place to grab a quick snack and go! A large variety of snacks and meals on offer including sandwiches, rolls, wraps, fresh fruits, salads, donuts & pastries and a great range of hot foods. A very large range of cold drinks are also available. I really love the Beef Kebabs which are so tender and tasty - chunks of Beef, layered with onion & red capsicum. Located inside the Caltex service station, just off the Port Wakefield highway. There is plenty of parking with Wheelchair ♿ access and parking available. Toilets 🚻 are also available inside.
