Beautiful food prepared with love and attention to detail. Outstanding draft beers with an excellent wine selection. The market fish is exquisite with beautiful little potatoes and a delicious green salsa. The steaks are extraordinary and glide like butter. I’m not sure why anyone would complain about the steak. This is the place for a fantastic steak accompanied with a cold draft beer or favourite red. The sides including the veg are fresh and tasty and the salads are crisp and fabulous to have as a starter. The oysters are beautiful. The cheesecake is divine! We have often had a brilliant experience at the Boatshed but my only gripe I have is that on occasion ... (my birthday) the food can be inconsistent and I’m unsure why as it wasn’t busy yet and my usual market fish was good bit not amazing and those little baby potatoes that I love tasted quickly warmed up like the chef was rushing and I wasn’t feeling the love on this particular evening. Our waiter was brilliant though with fantastic service. If you catch them on a good day The Boatshed is the place for a lazy long lunch and perfect for special occasions and date nights. See less

My 5 stars are for the chefs, servers, and the dishy. Excellent steak, average garlic bread. There for a mates annual survival day, 30pax, average $100 per person, management insisted on $150 cake cutting fee. See less

Absolutely delicious steak 😋 fab seafood and some of the finest Red wine you can buy! VERY noisy Friday lunch though an upgrade to the private dining room solved that. Definitely several cuts above pub food 😃 See less
